Loaner Cars
Waller Buick offers loaner and rental cars through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. An Enterprise rental agent will meet and return you to the dealership. Customers are eligible for a loaner car when an overnight stay is required, per GM warranty policy. If your vehicle requires an extended stay in service, due to repair time or for the non-availability of parts under the 36 month/36,000 mile GM warranty, you may be eligible for a loaner car, which will be covered by your warranty coverage.
Shuttle Service
Courtesy shuttle transportation is available to all who service their car at Waller Buick. Courtesy shuttle service is available during service hours to all local residences and establishments (local mall, restaurants, department stores, etc.).
Special Services
Waller Buick features a customer waiting area, for your added convenience, equipped with TV, magazines, freshly-brewed coffee and a telephone.
